These Terms of Service govern your use of browser extensions and related software services published by Vividnest ("Vividnest", "we", "us", or "our"), including Sentry Shield.

1. Our software

Vividnest provides browser extensions and related services for personal and lawful use. Sentry Shield is a productivity tool designed to help users block distracting websites and manage access to them.

2. Free and Premium access

Sentry Shield includes a free version. Premium is an optional recurring subscription that unlocks Premium features. Premium pricing is currently $10 per month or $100 per year, with a 7-day free trial, subject to the pricing shown at checkout and any applicable localized pricing.

3. Trials and renewals

A payment method is required to start the Premium trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will convert to the selected recurring plan and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through the subscription-management tools provided with your purchase.

4. Payments, taxes, and refunds

For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, subscription billing, and refund processing. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy also apply to the transaction.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Vividnest software for unlawful activity, to violate another person's rights, or to interfere with the operation of the software or services. You are responsible for how you configure website-blocking and access-control features.

6. Intellectual property

Vividnest and its licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, website content, and related materials except for rights expressly granted to you by these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service usable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer

Vividnest software is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Sentry Shield is a productivity tool and is not a guarantee that a user will avoid every distracting or unwanted website.
